Marrow Provisions Packs, our monthly meat subscription box, is a convenient and impactful way for customers to support a local food system. Each month, our butchers hand-pick cuts of steak, house-made sausages, bacon, and other delicious products sourced from our trusted farmers. Every purchase you make helps to develop a more sustainable food system in the Great Lakes region.

  • Superior

    Large Variety
    $105 Subscription / $115 Single Purchase

    This Superior Provisions Pack is our largest pack with a variety of meats that changes each month. Each pack will contain steak, sausage, bacon, and other delicious products from the farms we source from in the Great Lakes Region. This pack weighs 9-10lbs. and each cut contains 2-4 servings for meals. Our monthly newsletter will describe exactly what you receive in your pack each month!

    $60 Subscription / $65 Single Purchase

    This Huron Provisions Pack is our smaller pack with a variety of meats that changes each month. Each pack will contain steak, sausage, and other delicious products from the farms we source from in the Great Lakes Region. This pack weighs 4-5 lbs. and each cut contains 2-4 servings for meals. Our monthly newsletter will describe exactly what you receive in your pack each month!

FAQ

  • Provisions Packs come in two different sizes, Superior and Huron. Both sizes contain a curated selection of raw and processed meats that change monthly, and you can expect 9-10 lbs for the Superior Pack and 4-5 lbs for the Huron Pack. Each Pack is available for pick up on the last Friday of each month at our butcher shop. You’ll receive an email reminder from us each month - with suggested recipes - so please add provisions@marrowdetroit.com to your contacts list)

    We do not offer customizations to the Packs, as all items are carefully curated by our butchers each month and include seasonal specials. If you’d like specific items, see Adding to Your Order.

  • A one time purchase of our Superior Pack is $115, but with a monthly subscription it is $105. For the Huron Pack, a one time purchase is $65 and reduces to $60 with a monthly subscription. This means that over one year you get a FREE Superior or Huron Pack!

  • You can always modify your order on Barn2Door once you have your login credentials. From your account page, go to upcoming “Orders” from the profile drop-down tab.

    Under the "Actions" column for every upcoming order, you will see the "cancel" option. This is what we refer to as "pausing" the subscription for a month.

    To pause your subscription for a specific month, select the "cancel" option under the corresponding month's order.

    Confirm that you want to cancel the order for that month, and the subscription will be paused for that month.

  • If you have a monthly subscription, or even if you aren’t ready to join, you can purchase à la carte items. The pick-up schedule for these items is the same schedule as the subscription – they will be ready for pick up at our butcher shop on the last Friday of each month. This is also a great option if you are expecting company and want to share the best meats in Detroit with friends and family!

  • We do not currently offer delivery, but we’ve partnered with two amazing companies that offer monthly delivery in Ann Arbor and Detroit that will enable you to have access to our best offerings at the same price.

    Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor offers the Butcher's Monthly with pick up and local delivery.

    Planted Detroit offers the Planted Detroit x Marrow Box with pick up and local delivery.
