We are offering our holiday and NYE selections for pick up on Sunday 12/22, Monday 12/23, Sunday 12/29 and Tuesday 12/31 in Detroit from 11 AM to 6 PM. We will also be offering pick up in Birmingham on Monday 12/23 and Sunday 12/29 from 11 AM to 6 PM.

Standard Charcuterie Board (Feeds 4-6) - $125
Includes 5 types of meat, 4 kinds of cheese, crackers, and accouterments.
Parker house rolls and marrow butter - $18
Fluffy milk bread basted in MARROW butter and served alongside Maldon salted MARROW butter for dipping. 1 dozen per order. Item comes baked.
baked camembert - $25
Zingerman’s Brie wrapped in puff pastry and served with both a sweet and savory jam.
Crab pot pie - $25
Lump crab meat in a white gravy, choc full of local vegetables, lemon zest, and herbs. Topped with puff pastry and Maldon salt.
Item does not come baked, you must bake this.

All duck orders require a $25 deposit. Final price averages between $60 and $100.

$38/LB. 2-7 ribs, anywhere between 4-18 lbs. Average weight per bone 2-3lbs. One bone feeds 2 people. Average final price between $152 and $798. This item is raw.

$14/LB. Moraine Park Farm’s pasture raised beef, approximately 4-6 lbs Average final price between $56 and $84. This item is raw.

$16/LB. Boneless smoked ham, approximately 4-6lbs. Heritage breed, non-GMO feed, antibiotic and growth hormone free. Cured, smoked and glazed in-house. Average final price between $64 and $96. This item is fully cooked.
